On Friday, June 17, the Seniors Group from the Hispanic Ministry had a fiesta to celebrate Father’s Day. Almost 30 people came together and enjoyed each other’s company, watched a drama performed by volunteers, and ate a delicious lunch prepared by the volunteers’ husbands (which they executed wonderfully despite some skepticism from their wives).
With the support of many volunteers, donations, and shoppers, The Lighthouse hosted its first ever Free Store. The event was a huge success!
