Vietnamese Family Camp 2016

The Vietnamese Family Camp ran from July 25-29, hosted 12 families, and 18 children. The theme of the camp was  “Honour your father and mother,” from Ephesians 6:1. The children spent their mornings learning about love, respect, responsibility, and cooperation based on Jesus’ example. They played games, made crafts, and sang songs. Meanwhile, the parents attended workshops, where they addressed challenges related to parenting. The afternoons were filled with opportunities for the families to come together for trips to the park, the Royal Ontario Museum, and the beach, it was a great time for the families to learn and enjoy each other together.
