Volunteers are invaluable to the work of The Lighthouse. Our volunteers participate and serve in various aspects of The Lighthouse’s ministries across the Greater Toronto Area. From instructors to helpers, they deliver exceptional service to our clients, share their expertise with those in need and assist in strengthening the communities that we serve.
On Saturday February 21st, Samia (Hispanic Counsellor and Program Coordinator) celebrated the Annual Hispanic Volunteers Lunch with 50 volunteers. It was a time of reflection and celebration for the Hispanic ministry, where volunteers share their thoughts on the importance of their work, and to count the blessings of volunteerism at The Lighthouse.
